Join us as Executive Chef Quincy Logan pairs his cuisine with the wines of notable regions of France such as Trimbach Riesling Reserve, Bernard Baudry Chinon, Texier Côte-Rôtie, Château Haute-Mayne Sauternes. The guided tasting will be lead by Council Oak Sommelier James Crescenzo.
