Your first course will begin with Frittura di Pesce, a medley of fried baccala, calamari, rock shrimp, white fish and baby scallops. The next dish features Langostino prepared in the shell with sautéed spinach. Your third course will continue with a combination of rigatoni with octopus ragu and black linguini crafted with baby shrimp, scallops and campari tomatoes. The fourth course showcases Guazzeto featuring calamari, seppie, fresh tomato, and tuscany bread. The fifth course elevates the experience further with red snapper in a lift seafood sauce and shrimp oreganata in a white wine, lemon, garlic sauce. Dessert will be served as a panettone with zabaglione and vanilla ice cream.
