Chef Eddie Fong brings more than 45 years of culinary experience to his role as Executive Chef of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City’s contemporary Asian dining destination, YouYu.
 
Chef Fong began his career in Hong Kong in 1978 where he worked at The Old Shanghai Restaurant for nearly a decade and later went on to own his own restaurants in the United Kingdom and New Jersey. After spending 13 years working in several New Jersey dining destinations, Chef Fong returned to China to work at the The Venetian Macao in 2006 prior to joining the Hard Rock Atlantic City team in 2018.
