Hard Rock Atlantic City’s Kuro Executive Chef Leslie dreamed of becoming a chef his entire life, even asking for an Easy Bake Oven for Christmas as a child. Now with over a decade of culinary experience from around the country, Chef Leslie credits his parents for instilling a love of the culinary arts in him as a child. His mom and dad have supported him throughout all his journeys from Miami, Las Vegas, and now Atlantic City.

In 2018, Chef Leslie helped open Kuro where he started as a sous chef. Chef Leslie has participated in ACCC’s Annual Restaurant Gala, Patròn tequila dinner, Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Dinner, Kuro's Kaiyo whiskey pairing & Atlantic City’s Wing Wars. Affectionately referred to as “Chef Too Hype” in the kitchen, Chef Leslie's positive outlook and love for the culinary arts are contagious. His fellow chefs throughout the years have played a huge part in his success, and he hopes to continue to teach, learn, and share his vision of food with all guests, employees, and fellow chefs who walk through the doors of Kuro which has been recognized for the last two years by USA Today, as the #1 Casino Restaurant.
