Quincy Logan

Born from a long lineage of successful culinary enthusiasts, Chef Logan began his career working at an upscale steakhouse in Philadelphia while earning a degree in culinary arts from Atlantic Cape Community College. Chef Logan quickly moved along the ranks to Sous Chef eventually being on the opening team of several new restaurants for the franchise.

After his tenure in Philadelphia, Chef Logan was offered a role as Chef de Cuisine for Marc Forgione at an American Steakhouse in Atlantic City. This new role eventually led to Chef Logan opening several more restaurants in New Jersey and one in Puerto Rico.

Chef Logan eventually went on to consult with smaller family-owned restaurants before accepting the position as Executive Chef at Council Oak Steaks & Seafood where he takes pride in cultivating the classic flavors found in an American Steakhouses while finding new and innovative ways to highlight quality ingredients.
