We encourage you to arrive at the Rock Spa at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to provide time to relax and enjoy the spa facilities. A robe, slippers, towels, and a locker will be provided to secure your personal items. Please bring a swimsuit to enjoy the Rock Spa whirlpool facility. The wet area features a hot tub and cool plunge, as well as an experiential shower. Swimsuits are required to enjoy the wet pools. All of our therapists are skilled in proper draping techniques to ensure your comfort and privacy during your service. If you choose, undergarments may be worn during services.

All spa services include use of the fitness center, spa facility, robe, slippers and a locker. For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to the cost of your services to cover the cost of these facilities. This service charge is disbursed evenly to the spa team members who served you during your visit. In appreciation for outstanding service, additional gratuities may be given to the team member at your discretion. If you are a hotel guest, you may charge your services to your guest room. We also honor cash, major credit cards, and comp rewards. We ask that you do not bring cell phones, pagers, jewelry, or valuables to the spa and salon. The Rock Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced property.

For maximum convenience and flexibility, we recommend you schedule your spa and salon services in advance. All appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card. Please indicate at the time of booking if you have a therapist gender preference, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the spa/fitness facility. Young adults between the ages of 16 and 18 may schedule salon appointments with their parent or guardian present during the treatment. Note: No walk-ins are permitted at this time.

Because spa and salon services are scheduled specifically for you, we ask that you provide 24 hours’ advance notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at full treatment price. A late arrival will reduce your scheduled treatment time so that we may accommodate our previously scheduled guests.

The Rock Spa takes your safety very seriously. That’s why all spa personnel have been instructed in additional cleanliness and sterilization procedures. All towels and linens are laundered in accordance with current safety protocols. Surfaces are sterilized between every guest. Common areas such as locker rooms and showers are regularly cleaned with procedures and materials that meet, and in many cases exceed, CDC-recommended guidelines.
