Travel Update - 11/17/2020: Due to the State of New Jersey’s travel advisory mandating those who have recently visited Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Guam, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Washington or Wyoming are required to undergo a 14-day quarantine. If your travels included one of these states, we look forward to seeing you after your 14-day quarantine and encourage you to consider another Hard Rock destination. The health and safety of both you and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City Team Members are truly our number one priority. As you are aware, in accordance with recommended advice from health officials, state government and in compliance with Gov. Phil Murphy’s order, we have temporarily suspended operations until July 2nd at 6am. Business aside, we wanted to express our empathy and concern to all of you and your families. GENERAL

When will the casinos reopen in Atlantic City?

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is officially open. Guests wishing to visit to Hard Rock Atlantic City must be 21 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult with an existing dining or hotel reservation.

What measures has Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City taken to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 to guests and Team Members? We have implemented and will continue:

  • Disinfecting common surfaces more frequently, specifically lobbies, front desks, slot machines, tabletops, table game surfaces, restrooms, hotel rooms, door knobs, elevators and more;
  • Making hand sanitizers available in all common areas;
  • Increasing communications and reminders with our guests, employees and partners on important health and safety measures.

WILD CARD REWARDS

What will happen to my Wild Card Rewards Tier Points? I was close to earning the next tier.

We have extended your current tier status until 12/31/2020. Your Tier Points will not be reset until 1/1/2021, giving you even more time to earn your tier for next year. We are offering 2x Tier Points through December 31, 2020.

Is indoor dining available at Hard Rock Atlantic City?

Yes, but as of Thursday, November 12, Governor Murphy's Executive Order restricts the services of indoor food & beverage service, including alcohol on gaming floors between the hours of 10pm and 5am. Please review our most updated hours of operation for each restaurant here.

Can I purchase take-out food after 10pm?

Yes, take-out is available at YouYU Noodle Bar, Hard Rock Cafe, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, Sugar Factory, White House Subs, and Flavor Tour. Room service will also be avilable for hotel guests.

What outdoor bars are open?

Balcony Bar is open Friday and Saturday from 7pm-1am.

Is Legends Lounge and Plum Lounge open?

Yes, our VIP Lounges are open. Please view some of the changes and updates here.

SPORTSBOOK

Is the Sportsbook open?

Yes, the Sportsbook will be open Sunday through Thursday 11:00am-8:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 11:00am-11:00pm.

What if my ticket expired while the Sportsbook was closed?

Due to the unprecedented closings, those expiration dates during the closure have been extended. You can still mail in your ticket by following the directions on the back.

How do I know if a show I have tickets for is canceled at Hard Rock Atlantic City?

Our website is frequently updated with the latest news on all of our upcoming shows. You can find your show and get more info at the bottom of this page or by checking our event.

My show was canceled, will I be refunded?

All tickets for canceled shows purchased through Ticketmaster are available for full refunds inclusive of service charges. The cost of expedited shipping and merchandise will not be refunded.

All tickets purchased at the box office with a credit card will be automatically refunded to that credit card within 7-10 business days of cancellation. For cash purchases you will have the ability receive your refund in person 30 days from when the box office reopens.

For customers who purchased tickets through another resale platform or distribution partner, the customer will need to seek a refund from such resale platform or distribution partner.

My show was rescheduled, and I cannot attend the new date, can I get a refund?

If you cannot attend the new date, refunds will be accepted for all tickets purchased through Ticketmaster up to 30 days from the announce of the new date.

  • Refunds will be issued for the ticket price plus applicable service charges. The cost of UPS shipping and merchandise will not be refunded.
  • If you do not elect a refund within that timeframe, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
  • For tickets purchased at our box office, please reach out to us at BoxOffice@hrhcac.com. If you purchased with cash at our box office, you will be able to visit us within 30 days of our reopening for a refund.

My show was rescheduled and I want to attend the new date, what should I do?

Hold onto the tickets you purchased, they will be valid for the new show date unless otherwise noted on the event page here.

My show says it is being postponed, what does this mean?

Postponed shows are still in the process of being rescheduled and assigned a new date. Once the event is rescheduled, our refund policy applies. Refunds will be accepted for all tickets purchased through Ticketmaster up to 30 days after the rescheduled date is announced.

POOL

Is the Pool open?

The pool is currently open, and located on the 4th floor of the South Tower. 

The Hours of Operation for the Pool Area are 9am to 6pm Monday-Thursday, and 8am to 8pm Friday-Sunday. The outside Sundeck is closed for the season and will reopen in Spring of 2021. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children in diapers are to wear swim diapers that may be purchased on site. Pool toys including balls, rings, water guns, or noodles are strictly prohibited. 

Per the NJ Executive Order of Indoor Pools, the amount of guests are being limited and Hard Rock has the right to close the pool area due to capacity restrictions mandated by the NJ Executive Order.

The current mandated New Jersey Executive Order pertaining to COVID-19 mandates capacity restrictions of all in-door pool areas in the State of New Jersey.  The Company will actively monitor the total occupancy of the Pool Area and reserves the right to close the Pool when capacity is reached.

HOTEL

I have an upcoming reservation at Hard Rock Hotel Atlantic City, is it going to be canceled?

We will continue to follow the lead of public health authorities and Gov. Phil Murphy during this important time. We will make the appropriate adjustments to future hotel reservations based on the information we receive from state and local officials.

My reservation was canceled and I would like to re-book, will the rate I booked at originally be honored?

Our hotel rates fluctuate based on season and availability. We cannot guarantee you will get the same rate when re-booking for a later date.

Who can I contact for questions about my upcoming group meeting or event?

Individuals should contact their event organizer for the new or rescheduled dates of their events. In the case the event was postponed the reservations associated with the group block will automatically be cancelled and individuals will be sent their cancellation confirmations.
