Dining Update - 2/5/2021: Effective Friday, February 5, Governor Murphy's Executive Order has re-instated the services of indoor food & beverage service, including alcohol on gaming floors 24 hours per day.

As you are aware, in accordance with recommended advice from health officials, state government and in compliance with Gov. Phil Murphy’s order, we have temporarily suspended operations until July 2nd at 6am. Business aside, we wanted to express our empathy and concern to all of you and your families. How do I know if a show I have tickets for is canceled at Hard Rock Atlantic City?
Our website is frequently updated with the latest news on all of our upcoming shows. You can find your show and get more info at the bottom of this page or by checking our events page.
My show was canceled, will I be refunded?
All tickets for canceled shows purchased through Ticketmaster are available for full refunds inclusive of service charges. The cost of expedited shipping and merchandise will not be refunded.
All tickets purchased at the box office with a credit card will be automatically refunded to that credit card within 7-10 business days of cancellation. For cash purchases you will have the ability receive your refund in person 30 days from when the box office reopens.
For customers who purchased tickets through another resale platform or distribution partner, the customer will need to seek a refund from such resale platform or distribution partner.
My show was rescheduled, and I cannot attend the new date, can I get a refund?
If you cannot attend the new date, refunds will be accepted for all tickets purchased through Ticketmaster up to 30 days from the announce of the new date.
Refunds will be issued for the ticket price plus applicable service charges. The cost of UPS shipping and merchandise will not be refunded.
If you do not elect a refund within that timeframe, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

Hold onto the tickets you purchased, they will be valid for the new show date unless otherwise noted on the event page here.
My show says it is being postponed, what does this mean?
Postponed shows are still in the process of being rescheduled and assigned a new date. Once the event is rescheduled, our refund policy applies. Refunds will be accepted for all tickets purchased through Ticketmaster up to 30 days after the rescheduled date is announced.

Is the Pool open?

Per the NJ Executive Order of Indoor Pools, the amount of guests are being limited and Hard Rock has the right to close the pool area due to capacity restrictions mandated by the NJ Executive Order.
The current mandated New Jersey Executive Order pertaining to COVID-19 mandates capacity restrictions of all in-door pool areas in the State of New Jersey. The Company will actively monitor the total occupancy of the Pool Area and reserves the right to close the Pool when capacity is reached.
Who can I contact for questions about my upcoming group meeting or event?
Individuals should contact their event organizer for the new or rescheduled dates of their events. In the case the event was postponed the reservations associated with the group block will automatically be cancelled and individuals will be sent their cancellation confirmations.
